At La Nuit Pâtisserie, each collection is created slowly and in limited numbers, prepared by hand and offered for a moment before it passes. While care, cleanliness, and attention are central to our process, our kitchen is not a free-from environment.

This page exists to help you make an informed and safe decision before requesting an invitation or placing an order. It provides information on bakery allergens in Birmingham for all La Nuit Pâtisserie products.

Our Kitchen Environment

  • dairy

  • eggs

  • wheat and other gluten-containing cereals

  • nuts and peanuts

  • soy

  • sesame

  • sulphites

As a result:

  • ingredients are stored in the same space

  • equipment, utensils, and surfaces are shared

  • airborne particles (such as flour or nut dust) may be present

For these reasons, cross-contamination is possible even where an allergen is not an intentional ingredient.

Our products may contain, or come into contact with, the following allergens as defined by UK food standards:

  • Eggs

  • Gluten (wheat and related cereals)

  • Nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, pecans)

  • Peanuts

  • Soy

  • Sesame

  • Sulphites

Certain collections may also include:

  • alcohol

  • gelatine

  • fruit stones or pips

Allergen presence varies by collection and by item.

Suitability & Severe Allergies

Because of the shared kitchen environment and small-batch nature of our work:

La Nuit Pâtisserie is not suitable for individuals with severe allergies or anaphylaxis.

We are unable to guarantee the complete absence of allergens, even if a product does not list them explicitly.

If you or the recipient of a gift has a life-threatening allergy, we kindly advise that our products are not consumed.

Dietary Preferences & Restrictions

At present, La Nuit Pâtisserie does not offer products that are:

  • gluten-free

  • dairy-free

  • nut-free

  • vegan

Future collections may explore alternative dietary approaches, but these will always be clearly stated at the time of release and should never be assumed.
