La Nuit Pâtisserie works in small moments rather than constant availability. Each collection is shaped, finished, and then released — briefly — before being allowed to rest again.
The invitation exists not as a reminder, but as a way of staying close to the work as it unfolds.
Invitations are used to manage dessert pre-order in Birmingham, keeping each release small and considered.
An invitation is not required to order. It simply offers early notice and first access to future collections.
This allows those interested to access pre-order desserts in Birmingham without public over-release.
The Dinner Party
A guide to how La Nuit Pâtisserie collections work.
Each La Nuit collection is a dinner party of sorts — prepared once, shared briefly, and offered in limited quantities.
When a collection is open, anyone may order. Those who request an invitation simply hear about it first.
Ⅰ. Request an Invitation
Requesting an invitation adds you to our private mailing list.
Invited guests:
Receive early notice when a new dinner party is being planned
Are welcomed first when pre-orders open
Hear quietly about what is coming next
An invitation is not required to order — it is a courtesy.
Ⅱ. The Announcement
When a new dinner party approaches, an email is sent to invited guests first.
It includes:
The collection theme
The date and opening time
The pre-order window
The collection is then announced publicly.
Ⅲ. Limited Pre-Orders
Pre-orders open for a short, specified period.
Each collection is limited in number and closes once sold out.
Ⅳ. Place Your Order
During the pre-order window, you select your items and place your order online, reserving your place at the table.
Ⅴ. Your Collection Time
After ordering, you will be asked to confirm your reservation and select a collection time from the available slots.
Ⅵ. Collection Details
Your order confirmation email will include:
Your confirmed collection time
The collection location
These details are shared individually for each dinner party.
Ⅶ. The Collection
Arrive at the location during your selected time slot and collect your order. All items are freshly prepared for that evening only.
Each dinner party is held once. When it ends, it becomes a memory.
