Collections

When a collection is live, it will appear on the website as the current offering. When it closes, the kitchen returns to preparation.
Invitations
Invitations are how guests stay informed.
Requesting an invitation adds you to the La Nuit Pâtisserie mailing list. Invitations are sent when a new collection is announced and include key details such as the theme, opening time, and reservation window.
Requesting an invitation does not guarantee availability for every collection.
Reservations
La Nuit Pâtisserie operates through a reservation-based system.
Rather than open ordering, guests pre-order a reservation. This allows the kitchen to prepare accurately, avoid excess, and ensure that each order receives the same level of care.
When a collection opens:
A reservation is selected
An order is placed through the website
Reservation details are confirmed by email
Reservations confirm when an order will be collected.
Collection Day
All orders are collected in person.
Before ordering, guests are shown the collection date and available collection windows. After ordering, the exact collection location is shared privately by email with confirmed guests.
La Nuit Pâtisserie asks that guests arrive within their selected window so collections remain calm and considered.
Local Collection Only
La Nuit Pâtisserie does not offer nationwide delivery.
All collections are prepared for local collection in Birmingham only. This allows the kitchen to focus on freshness, quality, and small-batch preparation rather than transport.
